We individually assess each instructor and only choose to work with those instructors who meet our strict criteria because we believe providing you the highest standard of road instruction is crucial for your success and confidence.

All of our instructors are DVSA approved driving instructors and fully Grade A or B qualified in many cases, which means they have the experience required to provide you with the correct instruction, clearly structured using the best tools and visual aids, helping you to drive correctly. All of our instructors are DBS registered to ensure you feel safe in your lessons.
We work with both Manual and Automatic instructors and all of our instructors teach in modern cars fitted with dual controls. As we have such a huge range of instructors who work with Pass Expert we have the ability to provide you with the flexibility of choice eg female instructors (link to female instructors page) or instructors (link to learning in a foreign language age) who can teach in another language

How do I know my instructor is experienced?
All of our instructors will have their identification and instructor certificate in hand to show you on your first lesson and for whenever required. It is important to know that approved driving instructors will have a green badge (certificate) as opposed to a pink badge. This means they are fully qualified as a pink badge holder will be still in training as a driving instructor.

All of our lessons are taught on a one to one basis and our instructors will always provide you feedback during and as a conclusion to each lesson with a simple action plan to move forward for your next lesson. As I’m sure you will understand their teaching styles will vary and although we can assure you that you will be taught in a structured way.. the structure and method of how you are taught will vary depending on who your instructor is.
